This may be the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. It's smooth, creamy, chocolatey, with subtle apricot.
Apricots are one of my favorite foods. I grew up in Santa Fe, NM, which is a high-altitude desert town. The apricots that grow in Santa Fe are unlike any other- I think the dry, cool climate makes them more potent and more flavorful than others. Santa Fe apricots are sweet-tart, much more dense (less watery, more toothsome) than others. Each bite just screams APRICOT!
