Strangely, I learned that from watching Penn and Teller's Bullsh*t on Showtime. In one of their episodes Penn Jilette points out that they are free to say "And then there's this a$$hole," but they can't say "This psychic is a fraud," because then they might get sued. Interesting.
Thanks for the info! I just called my neighbor a dumbass this afternoon...na na na na She took my dog to the pound...she really deserved to be called a dumbass :)
