What's wrong with this picture?

Today's exam was completely random.

First thing wrong: Part of the exam was multiple choice. In law school. In a 1L standard course. Um, every other exam is a standard issue spotter/essay exam. Multiple choice? Uh, ok.

Second thing wrong: The multiple choice part had a scantron bubble form for the answers. The form had bubbles for A, B, C, D, and E. Yet at least 5 questions had answer options A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H. Oy vay.

Third thing wrong: The multiple choice questions frequently had at least 3 really truly honestly plausible answers. It all depended on what theory you applied to reach your answer. Yet the question made no reference to anything that would guide on theory choice, and there was no way to tell the professor how you arrived at the answer you did.

Anyway, Part I is done. YAY! At this point, it's just kind of funny. Let's see if I feel this way when I get my grade....
